Food for thought:

  • Avocados are high in potassium, and actually contain more than a banana does. They are also loaded with fiber and heart-healthy Monounsaturated fatty acids. Eating avocado can help lower your cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

  • Strawberries can lower blood pressure, and help protect against numerous diseases such as heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
