Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark With Raspberries And Pistachios

Food for thought:

  • Greek yogurt is loaded with protein and probiotics. Probiotics are live bacteria and yeast that live in your intestines. Having good bacteria in the intestines helps keep you healthy (and regular).

  • Raspberries are full of Vitamin C, quercetin and gallic acid that fight against cancer, heart and circulatory disease.
