A large part of your transformation will come from self-discipline, perseverance, and dedication to your goals. This is where the Raintasks come into play. You will receive a new RainTask at the beginning of each week to get you started, and you’ll end each week with a check-in to hold yourself accountable. These tasks will involve things you can do and even suggestions and tips on how to begin making these tasks a reality in your life. It won’t always be easy but we will remind you and help you take each and every step.

Perform at least one HIIT workout this week!

RainTeam recommends performing a High Intensity Interval Training workout 2 to 3 times per week.  HIIT workouts are highly effective at burning a large amount of calories in a short amount of time.  These condensed periods of all-out work followed by intervals of active rest make your body work harder than it does during steady state cardio.  These high intensity workouts are also known for effectively targeting and shredding belly fat! Switch up your HIIT workouts often to get the most out of them, they can be done almost anywhere with our without equipment. Try the example below to get started at home or at the gym.

Burpee Interval Workout (example):

Complete the following circuit four times, resting 1 minute after the burpees in each round.

  • Air squats (As many as possible in 30 seconds)

  • 60 Jumping Jacks

  • 20 Burpees
