Full Body Circuit - Gym Based

Complete the following exercises to complete a circuit. Repeat three times with 90 seconds of rest between each circuit.

Be sure to perform a warm up and cool down routine to prevent injury.


1. Banded Lateral Squat Walks

Perform as many as you can in 40 seconds


2. Mountain Climbers

Perform as many as you can in 40 seconds


3. Plank Hip Dips

Perform as many as you can in 40 seconds


4. Plank Jacks

Perform as many as you can in 40 seconds


5. Weighted Step Ups with Lunge

Perform as many as you can in 40 seconds, each leg

(Can use dumbbell, kettle bells, light weight barbell, or plate)
